Mrs. Annie Bell Monroe Middleton, 67, died Friday, May 16, 2008, in a local hospital. She was a native of Conecuh County and a resident of Brewton. She was a member of St. James Missionary Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Johnnie Middleton of Brewton; four sisters, Ethel (Charles) Likely of Pollard, Mary Lou Monroe Lee of Jacksonville, Fla., Dorothy Mae (John) German and Barbara Jean Monroe, both of Brewton; two brothers, Robert Lee (Shelia) Monroe of East Orange, N.J. and Willie Albert (Willie) Monroe of Brewton; and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral services were held Thursday May 22, at 2 p.m. at Baptist Hill Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Charles Washington Jr. officiating.
