With Father's Day falling a little earlier this year, those who plan to attend the Greater Brewton Area Chamber of Commerce-sponsored Alabama Blueberry Festival need to check their calendars.
The 28th annual event is set for June 21 at Burnt Corn Creek Park. The festival will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Jones said special entertainment and other activities are planned to keep those who attend the festival busy.
Other activities planned for the day include an antique car show, a motorcycle rally and plenty of food.
The Chamber offices are located inside the Brewton City Hall complex on Douglas Avenue.
