Mr. Charlie N. Turner, 85, died Wednesday, July 2, 2008, at a local nursing facility. He was a native of Georgiana.
He is survived by a niece, Mary (Robert) Bradley of Brewton; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Friday, July 5, at 11 a.m. at Jones Funeral Home chapel with Pastor Herman Bradley officiating. Burial followed at Piney Grove Cemetery with Jones Funeral Home directing.
