Mayisha Andrea Brown was recently a part of the graduating class of Barry University and was presented with a master's degree in social work.
The graduate is the daughter of the Rev. Bruce and Alice Brown.
She is a 2004 graduate of W.S. Neal High School and a 2007 graduate of Tuskegee University where she received a bachelor's degree in social work.
She has been accepted into the 2008 entering class of Faulkner University's Thomas Goode Jones School of Law where she will pursue a juris doctorate degree.
