Mr. David Hollis Lee Jr., 62, died Monday, July 21, 2008, at a Birmingham nursing facility after an extended illness. He was a native of Tuscaloosa and a former resident of Hueytown before moving to Adamsville three years ago. He was previously employed with the University of Alabama as a trade book buyer manager and was a member of the Milton H. Fies Lodge 722 Mulga. He was past master of Jefferson Valley Lodge 795 and Brookwood Lodge 509. He was a member of the Central Park United Methodist Church in Birmingham.
He is survived by his mother, Helen M. Lee of Northport; his wife, Pamela Brewer Lee of Adamsville; a son, Sean Michael Lee of Northport; a brother, Daniel Lee of Norway; a sister, Donna Noland of Missouri; three nephews and one niece.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 23, at 10 a.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Clyde Bruley officiating. Burial will follow at Weaver Cemetery with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
