Late last week, Boeing ran a series of ads implying that the GAO report found Boeing's KC-767 to be the better plane against the Northrop Grumman KC-45. In fact, nothing could be further from the truth.
In response to Boeing's campaign of misinformation, Sen. Richard Shelby, Sen. Jeff Sessions, Rep. Artur Davis and I issued the following response:
