The East Escambia chapter of The American Red Cross will hold the group's annual meeting Aug. 14.
Plans for the meeting have been finalized and will be held at the Brewton Motor Inn beginning at noon Thursday.
Rogene Martin, director of the local chapter, is urging all board members and interested citizens to attend this special meeting.
Anyone planning to attend the meeting should contact Martin at the Red Cross offices to make a reservation for the luncheon.
The Red Cross offices are located on Douglas Avenue across from the Brewton Motor Inn and may be contacted by phone at 867-3486.
Martin said the meeting is expected to adjourn by 1 p.m.
