The W.S. Neal Eagles were shut down Friday night in their loss against the Andalusia Bulldogs, 26-0.
With less than a minute to go in the first quarter, Neal punted the ball, but a bad snap led to a safety for the Bulldogs, which put two points on the scoreboard.
Earlier in the first quarter, Neal had the ball on a third down play and quarterback Taylor Cash fumbled the ball and Andalusia senior Jeremy Wiggins came up with the recovery.
There were no points scored in the second quarter and at halftime, the score would remain 2-0 Bulldogs.
Eagles head coach Blaine Hathcock said the team played hard, but Andalusia was a little better.
In the first half, the Bulldogs gave up three fumbles, but the defense held the Eagles to force punts.
In the third quarter, the Bulldogs came out and ran the ball for significant gains.
On first down, T.K. Bullard carried the ball for 28 yards and then C.J. Richardson followed with a 14-yard carry.

On Neal's next possession, Eagle running back Garrett Lewis fumbled the ball and Andalusia quickly got the ball back.
Andalusia's C.J. Richardson's 28-yard carry on Andalusia's next possession put the Bulldogs within scoring range.
Richardson finished the job and carried the ball in for a three-yard touchdown to make the score 13-0 after quarterback Brent Shiver snuck the ball in for the two-point conversion.
The Bulldog defense held back the visiting Eagles to force another punt.
On their next possession, the Bulldogs utilized Richardson's speed and maneuverability to carry the ball down the field 42 yards.
Andalusia's T.K. Bullard sealed the deal for the Bulldogs carrying the ball three yards for the touchdown with 11:54 left in the fourth quarter.
The score was 20-0 with the extra point.
On Neal's next possession, Jeremy Alexander found some room to run the ball 30 yards for a significant gain.
Neal's' quarterback, Cash fumbled the ball on the next play to make it a loss of 15 yards.
