Mrs. Myrtice McCloud Miller, 84, died Thursday, Sept. 11, 2008, at her residence in Flomaton. She was a native of Escambia County and a lifetime resident of Flomaton.
She had been employed at Flomaton Wholesale as a secretary and she was a member of Flomaton United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by a brother, Jack McCloud.
She is survived by a son, Gary (Janice) Miller of Flomaton; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Sept. 13, at 11 a.m. at Flomaton Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Jesse Lough officiating. Burial followed at Flomaton Cemetery with Flomaton Funeral Home directing.
Pallbearers were Steve Emmons, Steve Emmons Jr., Ray Emmons, Coy Boutwell, Henry Miller and Larry Thornton. Honorary pallbearers were Ronnie Daw and Van Roy Daw.
