Mr. Glen Allen Wilson Sr., 51, of Shoffner Street, died Saturday, Sept. 20, 2008, in a local hospital after an extended illness. He was a native of Pensacola, Fla., and a long time resident of East Brewton. He was of the Baptist faith and formerly employed at Skinner's Furniture Store.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy Freet Wilson of East Brewton; two sons, Glen Allen (Shelby) Wilson, Jr. of East Brewton and Chris Allen (Diana) Wilson of Brewton; a daughter, Tequila Faith (Terry) Wilson of Excel; two brothers, Mitchell Wilson and Donnie (Charlene) Wilson, both of Brewton; and four grandchildren, Jamisha Hardy, Erin Wilson, Ally Wilson, and Maritza Hardy.
Funeral services were held Monday, Sept. 22, at 2 p.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Brother Doug Greer officiating. Burial followed at Oak Grove Holiness Church Cemetery in Castleberry with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
