The Order of Towman award is a recognition sponsored by American Towman, a national publication.
The magazine's publisher, Steve Calitri, recently informed Raap of the nomination and subsequent award. Flomaton Police chief Michael Lambert submitted the nomination for the recognition citing extreme dedication to the community by Raap.
In the nomination, Lambert commended Raap for his dedication to the community.
