East Brewton City Council members approved plans for the holidays and city employees will be on the receiving end.
After a brief discussion, a unanimous vote by the council approved the one-time payment of $100 for each city employee.
The council also agreed to on a specific date and time for the Christmas holiday party for city employees and their families.
The council further approved a gift of a holiday turkey or ham for city employees as well.
In other business, the council agreed to table further discussion concerning a dilapidated home on Boyd Street until a building permit has expired.
