Mr. George Donald “Donnie” Moulder Jr., 64, died Thursday Nov. 27, 2008, at his residence after an extended illness. He was a native of Pearson, Ga., and a former resident of Fernandina, Fla., before moving to Brewton in 1957. He was retired from the Oil industry and was a U.S. Army veteran. He was a member of Divine Temple Church.
He is survived by his mother, Hazel White Moulder of Brewton; his wife, Kathy Ann Goolsby Moulder of Brewton; two sons, Jimmy (Valerie) Moulder and Jeffery (Darlene) Moulder, both of Brewton; a daughter, Janene Moulder of Brewton; a sister, Linda (Alvin) Bell of Wenatchee, Wa.; and three grandchildren, Cord Moulder, Alex Moulder and Gaige Moulder.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, Nov. 30, at 2 p.m. at the Divine Temple Church in East Brewton, with the Rev. Doug Greer officiating. Burial will follow at Douglas Chapel Cemetery in the Damascus community with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
