Mrs. Julie Downing Livingston, 83, died Thursday, Dec. 4, 2008, at a hospice facility after an extended illness.
She was a native of Escambia County and a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Hickory. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar Elisha Downing and Stella Kate Lovelace Downing; and a son, David Livingston.
She is survived by her husband, William Oliver Livingston; her daughter, Stella Hawkins of Hickory; and two grandchildren, Kate Downing Hawkins and David Livingston Hawkins.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, Dec. 10, at 1 p.m. at Fort Crawford Cemetery with Hickory Funeral Home and Radney Funeral Home of Mobile directing.
