The Brewton City Council recently approved the alcohol licenses list for 2009. Licenses expire Dec. 31.
During a recent meeting of the council, renewal of the licenses were approved for the following locations inside the Brewton city limits:
Beer License: American Legion Post No. 79; Palenque; Bank Shot; C&D Grocery; Club White Horse; David's Catfish; Diamond Gasoline No. 5 and 14; Discount Tobacco Outlet; Hourglass; Hunan; Jalisco Mexican Restaurant; Jr. Food Stores of West, Fla. - Tom Thumb No. 44; Naseeb - Spudd's No. 2; Pick-N-Sav; Pizza Hut of America, Inc.; Six Flag Groceries; Siya Investments, inc. - Spudd's No. 1; Piggly Wiggly; Winn Dixie; WOW Caf
