Mrs. Mary Christine O'Shea Parker, 61, of Evergreen Avenue, died Monday, Jan. 5, 2009, in a Pensacola, Fla., medical facility after an extended illness. She was a native and long time resident of Cobh, Ireland, before moving to Brewton. She was a member of St. Maurice Catholic Church and a homemaker.
She is survived by a son, Brian Parker of Milton, Fla.; three daughters, Carol P. Graves and Sandy Emmons, both of Brewton, and Kim Aderholdt of Pensacola; a brother, Tony O'Shea of Cobh, Ireland; four sisters, Prudy Anderson of Ireland, and Phil Patrick, Marie Scanlon and Ann Shamus, all of England; and seven grandchildren.
Memorial services were held Thursday, Jan. 8, at 5:30 p.m. at St. Maurice Catholic Church with Father Adrian Cook officiating.
