After a tough season last year that saw the Jefferson Davis Community College Warhawk basketball team go 1-26, head coach Allen Gainer is on the recruiting trail.
Gainer has seen success in Georgia mainly.
From Bainbridge, Gainer signed point guard Marquis Williams. 
Also from Bainbridge, Gainer has signed 6-6 Antroine Williford. 
From Cairo, Gainer inked Kentrail Brown. 
Williams, Williford and Brown will join returning Warhawks from last year’s team, Justin Burroughs, Deforest Taite, Logan Campbell, Antron Holt, and Daril Jackson, who sat out last season.
Other coaches at JDCC, including baseball coach Darrell Blevins, and softball and volleyball coach Misti Nims, have hit the recruiting trail as well at for their particular sports at Jefferson Davis Community College.
