Lady Tigers take down WSN

On Thursday afternoon in Brewton, all three T.R. Miller teams had W.S. Neal seeing pink.
In a pink-themed volleyball game between T.R. Miller and W.S. Neal, all three Tiger teams defeated the Eagles. The Brewton teams wore pink jerseys to help raise funds for Relay for Life.
Brewton Middle School defeated W.S. Neal Middle 2-0 to improve to 4-0 this season while W.S. Neal fell to 2-3.
T.R. Miller’s JV team handed W.S. Neal their first loss with a 2-0 win to improve to 2-3 and drop W.S. Neal to 4-1.
In varsity action, T.R. Miller improved to 7-1 and W.S. Neal fell to 4-6 and the Tigers won 3-0.
T.R. Miller Tiger head coach Greg White said Thursday night’s win was a big win for many reasons.
White said that W.S. Neal coach Britney Shelly is doing a great job over there (at W.S. Neal) and they were prepared to play tonight.
One other thing White said he was proud of was the crowd of fans for T.R. Miller.
White was also proud of his JV team.
Shelly said her JV team came out a little too over confident Thursday.
Brewton Middle School 2, W.S. Neal 0
BMS defeated W.S. Neal 25-17 and 25-23 to get the win.
Rebecca Evans had four service points and an ace to lead Brewton and Kendal Clayton led W.S. Neal with three points and one ace.
In game two, Karisa Nelson led with three service points for the Tigers and Clayton and Bailey Stone had two points each in the loss for W.S. Neal. Stone had one kill.

The Tigers defeated the Lady Eagles 25-13 and 25-18 to get the win.
Haley Brown led T.R. Miller with seven service points and an ace and Gracee Dixon led W.S. Neal with two service points and one ace.
In game two, Jerrica Watson led T.R. Miller with six service points and one ace and Amber Nelson had five kills.
Dixon led W.S. Neal with five service points.
T.R. Miller varsity 3, W.S. Neal 0
The recently tabbed No. 10 T.R. Miller Lady Tigers defeated W.S. Neal 26-24 in game one, 25-12 in game two, and 25-4 in game three.
In game one, Teralyn Moore and Leah Brundidge led T.R. Miller with three service points,   along with three from Natalie Neal.
Sydney Andrews led W.S. Neal with five service points, three aces and one kill.
In game two, Leigh Margaret Bostic led the Lady Tigers with eight service points, two aces, and one kill.
Haley Lum led with two service points.
In game three, Janel McCorvey led the Lady Tigers with 11 straight service points and one ace. Amanda Crawford led the Lady Eagles with one service point and one kill.
