With the economy working to recover from what some are calling the “Great Recession,” Brewton area shoppers have continued to change their buying habits.
But while consumers are cutting back, they said they are also shopping more locally.
Dorothy Harrison of Brewton said she has done much of her shopping at home.
Kelly Stockstill of Flomaton said she was changing her shopping habits somewhat.
James Holmes said he hasn’t changed his shopping habits too much.
Toni Johnson, who works at Wal-Mart, said she is watching what she spends.
Catherine McDonald of Castleberry said she is having some shopping problems.
Patty Pebbles said she watches what she spends these days.
Donald Oliver of Repton said he has to do a certain amount of traveling to do shopping.
