WSNMS Lady Eagles finish 7-4

W.S. Neal Middle School’s volleyball split a home match against Earnest Ward Thursday at home to finish their season with a 7-4 record.
W.S. Neal lost the first game 2-0 losing 25-11 and 25-18, but took the second game by a score of 2-0 as they won 25-23 and 25-22.
In the first game, Cheyenne Jackson led with two service points and Tiffany Sawyer led in the second game loss with four.
In the second game of the doubleheader, Kendal Clayton led with six points and Sawyer led with six points and an ace.

Escambia County 2
W.S. Neal Middle School’s volleyball team improved to 5-3 last week with a win over Escambia County.
The Lady Eagles won the best 3-of-5 match with scores of 25-19, 25-19 and 28-26. Kendal Clayton had eight service points to help lead W.S. Neal in the win.
Lacey Millican had five, Cheyenne Jackson had six and Bailey Stone had six.
Last Wednesday’s game against Earnest Ward was cancelled.
