Mr. Bobby L. Reynolds, 65, died Sunday, Oct. 11, 2009, following a brief illness. He was a former resident of Skipperville and a 15-year resident of Brewton. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving four years. He continued his 39 year career as a radar technician retiring as Chief of Navigation Aids at Fort Rucker, retiring in 1995. He was an active volunteer with the Greater Brewton Habitat for Humanity, and a member of the Clinton Lodge 287 of F&AM in Skipperville. He attended First United Methodist Church of Brewton.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Evelyn Reynolds; his son LTC Robert (Carol) Reynolds of Ft Stewart, Ga.; two daughters, Becki (Terrence) Breckinridge of Brewton, and Heather (Benny) Boyd of Columbus, Miss.; eight grandchildren; and friends too numerous to name. He is also survived by a brother Frank (Priscilla) Reynolds of Geneva, Ohio; and sisters Rosemary (Ron) Halman of Brentwood, Tenn., and Debbie (Bob) Carraher of Geneva, Ohio
Visitation will be held Thursday, Oct. 15, at 5 p.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home, with a service to follow at 6 p.m.
Burial will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, October 17 at Lower Lott’s Creek Cemetery in Bulloch County Ga.
In leiu of flowers, donations can be made to Greater Brewton Habitat for Humanity in his memory.
