Mr. Eddie Wayne McCall Sr., 58, died Friday, Nov. 6, 2009, at his residence on McGougin Road. He was a native and lifelong resident of Escambia County. He attended Dogwood Hills Assembly of God and was an auto mechanic.
He is survived by his wife, Vivian Scroggins McCall of Brewton; a son, Eddie Wayne (Lacie) McCall Jr. of Brewton; two daughters, Audrey (Billy) Brown and Jennifer McCall, both of Brewton; five brothers, Bill Rodgers, David McCall, Donald McCall, Ronald McCall and Earl McCall, all of Brewton; seven sisters, Erma Blair, Martha Jackson, Cinda Blair, Gwen Powell and Lissa McCall, all of Brewton, Doris Mann of Pensacola, Fla., and Lois McCall of Kentucky; five grandchildren, Tyler Brown, Samantha Nichols, Brittany Nichols, Sarrah Grace Nichols and Whidden McCall; and one great-grandchild, Lauren McCall.
Funeral services were were held Monday, Nov. 8, at 7 p.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Brother Thomas Quick officiating and Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
