BMS basketball splits with McCall

The Brewton Middle School basketball team split with McCall Monday night at home.
The boys team won 30-11 and the girls lost 19-7. The win for the boys improved them to 3-0 this season while the Lady Tigers fell to 0-3.
In the girls game, Shakera Nicholson led with five points and Nastarcia Drakeford followed with two points.
For the boys, Kameron Coleman led with seven points and Keion Smith had six.
Corey Carter and Chandler Brown both had four points each and Dominique Jackson had three.
Caden Lodge, Shaun Tolbert, and Allen Boyd had two points.
Both teams were set to take on W.S. Neal Middle School at home on Tuesday.
W.S. Neal opened their season at home on Monday against Jay.
The Eagle boys lost in overtime while the Lady Eagles won.
