WSN B-team gets one-point win

Trailing by five after the first quarter and by four at the half, the W.S. Neal B-team Eagles outscored Red Level by five in the third quarter to seal a one-point win 32-21.
The win improved the Eagles to 4-5 this season.
W.S. Neal trailed 8-3 after the first quarter before cutting the lead to 15-11 at halftime after outscoring Red Level 8-7 in the second quarter.
Trailing by four at halftime, W.S. Neal took a 20-19 lead after a 9-4 scoring advantage in the third quarter.
Both teams scored 12 points each in the fourth quarter as W.S. Neal hung on for the one-point win.
Jaquan Tucker led the Eagle scorers with 11 points and Jalen Harrod had nine.
Donovan Millican had five points and Dalton Evans had three to help in the win.
Josiah Nettles and Marquese Banks both had two points in the win for the B-team Eagles.
The B-team Eagles will be off due to the Christmas and New Year’s holiday break until Tuesday, Jan. 5, when they will take on Jackson at home at 4 p.m.
