Mr. Stoney Ray Sims, 56, died Friday, Jan. 15, 2010. He was a native and resident of Castleberry. He was a foreman at T.R. Miller  Mill in Brewton.
He is survived by his wife; Audrey Sims of Castleberry; a step-son, Stephen  Cooper of Castleberry; three step-daughters, Crysti Perry of Lake City, Fla., Alicia Salter of Lyeffion, and Rebecca Bennett of Evergreen; four brothers, Gordon Sims of Mobile and Edward Sims, David Sims and Michael Sims, all of Castleberry; two sisters, Peggy Bradley and Dot Brantley, both of Lenox; seven step-grandhildren, and one step-greatgranchild.
Funeral services were held Monday, Jan. 18, at 11 a.m. at the chapel of Cope Funeral Home in Evergreen. Burial followed at Buffington Cemetery in Castleberry with Cope Funeral Home directing.
