Brewton Babe Ruth to have signups
The Brewton Babe Ruth (13-15-year-old) will hold registration Thursday March 4. Registration will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the T.R. Miller Fieldhouse. A $25 fee will be charged per player and all new players need to bring their birth certificate. Coaches are also needed and need to sign up during this time. JDCC to host
hunting classes
A Hunter Education Class will be held today and Sunday, March 7 at Jefferson Davis Community College in Brewton.
On March 6, the class will be held from 8 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
On March 7, the class will be held from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Students will need to make lunch plans on March 6. Students must be 10 years old to receive credit and anyone born on or after Aug. 1, 1977 must pass a certified hunter education class before purchasing a hunting license in Alabama.
The course if free to the public. Students will need their social security number and attend both days to receive credit.

A Hunter Education Field Day Class will be held March 7 at Jefferson Davis Community College in Brewton from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Students must first take the Internet/CD course on a computer and bring the printed report to the class with them.
