CharCo, Inc., a Flomaton industrial business, is short a few pieces of machinery after the U.S. 31 location was hit by thieves last week.
Flomaton Police Chief Terri Tolbert said unknown thieves apparently gained entry into the business storage yard and were able to get away with three large pieces of equipment.
Tolbert said the equipment taken from the yard included a yellow John Deer wheel-loader backhoe (model year unknown), a white 2003 Peterbilt tractor (truck) and a 1996, blue Fontaine Lo-boy.
Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of the property, any suspects in the case or who may have seen the items being removed from CharCo, is asked to call the Flomaton Police Department at 296-5811 or any law enforcement agency.
