Escambia County Habitat for Humanity members are back from a few days in Costal Rica.
The group worked in Tovisi, just outside the city of Cartago, an area Glaize said was different from the region the Habitat visited on a similar building trip last year.
Glaize said that the trip was not all work and no play. They had the time to go into Cartago and do a little bit of shopping. Glaize said that the highlight of the trip was being entertained with a festival where the dancers wore traditional costumes. They also experienced an earthquake while the group was in Costa Rica.
