Mr. Nollon Wilson, 61, died Friday, March 19, 2010 in Atlanta, Ga. He was a native of Canoe and a resident of Century for most of his life. He was a military veteran from the Vietnam era and attended Beulah Chapel Assembly of God Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Maria Meena Wilson; a brother, Alton Wilson Jr.; and a sister Juanita Driskell.
He is survived by three brothers, Comer Wilson, Charles Wilson and Willie Wilson, all of Century; and seven sisters, Faye McGill of Cantonment, Fla., Sylvia Godwin,  Shirley White, JoAnn Driskell, Willene Bryan and Nadine McCaw, all of Century, and Lois Aboud of Plano, Texas.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 24, at 2 p.m. at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Ronald Broadhead and the Rev. David Boyd officiating. Burial will follow at Beulah Chapel Cemetery with full military honors.
