More than 30 years after they began sharing services during Holy Week, local churches will gather again next week to share the message of Easter.
On Monday, March 29, the services will be held at St. Maurice Catholic Church with the Rev. Gary Baldwin, pastor at St. Stephens Episcopal Church, bringing the message.
On Tuesday, March 30, services will be held at First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Adrian Cook bringing the message.
On Wednesday, March 31, the services will be held at St. Stephens Episcopal Church with the Rev. John Mathieu bringing the message.
Glaize will bring the message at First Baptist on Thursday, April 1.
The Rev. Jack Fitts, pastor of First Baptist Church in Brewton, will bring the message on Friday, April 2, at First Presbyterian Church.
Services will be at noon each day and will not last long, so those who are working can attend on their lunch hour.
A light lunch will be served at each church.
