Jimmie Glenn Norris|East Brewton
Mr. Jimmie Glenn Norris, 72, died Saturday, March 27, 2010, in a Century, Fla. nursing facility after an extended illness. He was a native of Atmore, and a long time resident of East Brewton. He was of the Baptist faith and a retired graphic artist from AT&T/BellSouth with many years of service.
He is survived by his cousins, Elaine Dean of Flomaton, Ann Boutwell of Jay, Fla., Carolyn Smith of Navarre, Fla., Emily White and Patsy Kirkland, both of Brewton and Gerald Fore of East Brewton; a step-brother, Earl Murphy of Stanford, N.C.; a step-sister, Sue Benvenutti of Gulf Breeze, Fla.; and a number of other relatives.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date and time at Oak Hill Cemetery in Atmore, with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
