Jeremy Shane Lowery, 38, of Ridge Road, died Sunday, May 23, 2010 at his residence.

He was a native and life-long resident of Brewton and was a member of the Ridge Road Baptist Church. He was a 1990 graduate of W.S. Neal High School. He served as captain of the rescue team at Georgia Pacific and as recovery operator at Georgia Pacific with nine years of service.

He was preceded in death by a wife, Joyce Elaine Kirby Lowery, a wife, Jayne Sue Lambeth Lowery, his paternal grandfather, Bill Lowery and maternal grandmother, Christine Minchew.

He is survived by his father and mother, Michael Lowery and Sue Lowery of Brewton; a son, Hayden Lowery of Brewton; a daughter, Shana Lowery of Brewton; a step-son, Josh Lowery of Brewton; a brother, Alan (Katsa) Lowery of Brewton; a sister, Sherri (Gary) Weaver of Brewton; paternal grandmother, Idelle Lowery of Brewton; maternal grandparents, Caylop (Liz) Minchew of Brewton; three nephews, Kevin Lowery, Adrian Lowery and Garrett Weaver; and two nieces, Nikki Smith and Valerie Weaver.

Visitation will be held Thursday, May 27 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 28 at 11 a.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Bob Eisenburg officiating. Interment will follow in Ridge Road Baptist Church Cemetery with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Brewton in charge of arrangements.
