Mr. John Edward McShea Jr., 41, of Flomaton, died Friday, Sept. 24, at a local hospital. He was born in Mobile but spent his life in Flomaton, where he worked for Safety Management Systems as a safety technician.

Survivors include his mother, Martha Sue Smith (Kevin) Augustus of Century, Fla.; a daughter, Darian McShea of Gulf Breeze; a son, Brent McShea of Jay, Fla.; a brother, Gerard McShea of Jay, Fla.; and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Tuesday, Sept. 28, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Flomaton Funeral Chapel.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 29, at Flomaton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Teg Upton officiating. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. at Pine Grove Methodist Church Cemetery in Leroy.

Pallbearers will be Danny Jennings, David Jennings, Tyler Jennings and Nicholas Smith.
