Mrs. Patricia Ann Blackwell, 67, died September 20, 2011 at her residence. She was a native of Dallas, Texas, and had been a member of the Flomaton and Century communities for 50 years.
During her working years, she worked at D.W. McMillan Hospital in Brewton, AL as a LPN nurse. She was a member of Osaka Freewill Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husbands, Homer Douglas Blair and C.L. ‘Nick’ Blackwell.
She is survivied by her children; Michael Douglas Blair and fiance’, Paula Martin, and Jimmy Don (Lisa) Blair, both of Delta, Jesse Allen (Mary) Blair and Patricia Diane (Larry) Little, both of Flomaton, Samuel Lee (Lisa) Blair of Bladensburg, Iowa, and Cynthia Renee (Clifton) Buchanan of Castleberry; seventeen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 24, graveside at the Flomaton Cemetery at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Clifton Buchanan officiating with Flomaton Funeral Home Directing
