Shawn M. Evans was charged with obstruction of a government operation.
Oct. 2
Scott Mitchell Emmons was charged with manufacture of a controlled substance.
Amanda Salter was charged with possession of marijuana, second degree.
Lonnie Emmons was charged with manufacture of a controlled substance, first degree.
Oct. 4
Dennis Robinson was charged with eight counts of failure to appear.
Oct. 5
Efren Mario Mendibles was charged with driving under the influence.
Catrina L. Reed was charged with harassment.
Oct. 7
Melanie J. Smith was charged with selling or furnish a controlled substance to a minor.
Marsha Crawford was charged with harassment.
