Godwin, Bush to marry

Tommy and Charlene Godwin of Castleberry announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Leigh Godwin, to Scott Russell Bush, son of Jimmie and JoAnn Bush of Flomaton.
The bride-to-be is is the granddaughter of the late Billie and Ivelee Baker, the late Manford and Barbara Godwin, and the great granddaughter of the late N.L. and Gladys Faircloth all of Castleberry. She is a 1997 graduate of T.R. Miller High School, a 2001 graduate of University of Mobile where she earned a bachelor of science degrees in psychology and religion, and a 2003 graduate of University of Mobile where she earned her master’s degree in family and marriage counseling. She is employed at Southwest Alabama Behavioral Healthcare Systems as a child/adolescent therapist.
The prospective groom is a 1990 graduate of Flomaton High School. He is the grandson of the late R.J. and Vader Bush of Flomaton, and the late Frank and Anna Crabtree of Bristol, Virginia.
He has been employed at the Brewton Paper Mill for over 17 years and is currently a recovery/power assistant operator.
The wedding is planned for Nov. 26, 2011, at First Baptist Church of Brewton. Invitations are being sent.
