Mr. Walter T. Carr III, 83, died Sunday, September 8, 2013.
Visitation will be held Friday, Sept. 13, from 2 to 3 p.m.
Funeral services will be held Friday, Sept. 13, at 3 p.m. at Eastern Gate Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the cemetery with Eastern Gate Memorial Gardens directing.
