Damascus Assembly of God to reopen

Damascus Assembly of God will reopen for services on Sun., March 5. Services will be held on Sundays at 2:30 p.m. and Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. Sunday services will consist of praise and worship as well as some hymns with preaching straight from the Bible. Tuesday services will have some singing along with classes for youth and adults.
“Our church is open to anyone looking to fellowship,” said church pastor Michael Cosey. “We are a multicultural church, of different races who believe in God. We look forward to working at Damascus Assembly and seeing what God has in store.”
The church will continue after its March 5 celebration through the week of March 6 to March 10 with services each night at 6:30 p.m.
The church will be pastored by Cosey and his wife, Jolene Nikki Cosey. Mrs. Cosey will also serve as worship leader. The couple have three daughters, Danyelle, Deseree and Destiny.
