Mrs. Janice Kay Hawthorne Chavers, 59, of Cantonment, Fla., died Tuesday, May 25, 2010 in a Florida medical facility after a brief illness. She was a long-time resident of Cantonment. She was of the Baptist faith and was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Derrill Chavers of Cantonment; two sons, Clayton (Judy) Wiggins of Milton and William Wiggins of Excel; one sister, Nell Wiggins of Pollard and a granddaughter, Jessica Wiggins.

Visitation will be held Thursday, May 27 from 10 to 11 a.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 27 at 11 a.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. R.C. Wiggins officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery in Castleberry with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
