Mr. Thomas McRay "Mackie" Hutchenson, Jr. 40, died Friday, May 13, 2005 after a brief illness. He was a native and lifelong resident of East Brewton. He was of the Protestant faith and a 1982 graduate of W.S. Neal High School. He was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Elvin Hutchenson.
He is survived by his mother and father, Thomas McRay Hutchenson Sr. and Ruby Hutchenson of East Brewton; two sons, Thomas McRay "Tommy" Hutchenson III of Brewton and Nathaniel Hutchenson of Milton, Fla.; one daughter, Kristalyn Hutchenson of Flomaton; one brother, Jeffery Kyle (Patricia) Hutchenson of East Brewton; two sisters, Crystal (Jarrett) Dykes of East Brewton and Dinah Boatwright of Panama City, Fla.; his girlfriend, Cynthia "Cindy" Gradeless; her children, Vanessa, Maranda and Josh Gradeless; two nephews and one niece.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 17, at 3 p.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Williams Joyner officiating. Burial followed at Ft. Crawford Cemetery with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
