JDCC spikers drop three

The struggles continued for the Jefferson Davis Community College Lady Warhawks volleyball team last week, as their losing streak hit six games with three more setbacks.
JDCC (3-15 overall and 2-6 in the Alabama Community College Conference) dropped a 30-22, 30-21, 30-17 decision at Northwest Shoals Saturday.
Tiffany Andersen led JDCC with five kills and three aces.
Earlier in the week the Lady Warhawks dropped a 30-26, 30-23, 30-32, 30-13 decision at home to Faulkner State.
Andersen notched a team high 17 service points with five aces to go along with 11 kills and five blocks. Ashley Willoughby put away eight kills, while Lashundra Clausell had four kills and served three aces.
JDCC also suffered a 30-13, 30-14, 30-30-23 setback at Wallace State-Hanceville.
JDCC plays at Gulf Coast (Fla.) College today and participates in the Pensacola Junior College Tournament this weekend.
