Now that the T.R. Miller Tigers know they are in the playoffs, they know who, where and when they will be playing as well.
T.R. Miller will open up postseason play at home November 4 against the Holtville Bulldogs. Game time will be 7 p.m.
Holtville is the third seed from Class 3A Region 2. The Bulldogs have a 5-2 record in that region with wins over Alabama Christian, Dadeville, Barbour County, Calhoun and Montgomery Catholic. Holtville's region losses came against Lafayette and Montgomery Academy.
In non-region play, Holtville lost to 4A member Tallassee and defeated 2A member Horseshoe Bend. The Bulldogs (6-3 overall) wrap up regular season play this week with a non-region date at 1A member Notasulga.
The other first-round matchups that involve Region 1 and Region 2 were also determined Friday.
Region 1 champ Pike County (9-0, 7-0 in region) will host fourth-seeded Alabama Christian (4-5, 4-3 in region). Region 2 champ Lafayette (8-1, 7-0 in region) will host fourth-seeded Slocomb (5-4, 4-3 in region). Region 2 second seed Montgomery Academy (5-4, 5-2 in region) will host Region 1 third seed Straughn (6-3, 5-2 in region).
The T.R. Miller-Holtville winner will meet the Aliceville-Ashville winner in round two. Aliceville (9-0, 7-0 in region) is the Region 3 champ, while Ashville (6-3, 4-3 in region) is the fourth seed out of Region 4. T.R. Miller would be on the road in either scenario.

T.R. Miller football has scheduled its annual Picture Day for Thursday at 5 p.m. at Brewton Municipal Stadium.
W.S. Neal Middle School has announced its 2005 basketball schedule.
The Blue Eagles and Lady Blue Eagles will kick off their campaign November 10 at Earnest Ward with a 4 p.m. start.
W.S. Neal's home opener will be November 14 against Brewton Middle School at 5 p.m. The complete schedule is as follows.
