The annual Christmas Parade, sponsored by the Greater Brewton Area Chamber of Commerce, will be held at 2 p.m. this Saturday, Dec. 10.
Santa and Mrs. Claus will be part of the parade, which will line up in East Brewton on Shoffner Street, will come down Forrest Avenue, over the bridge on Mildred Street, to the main red light at the railroad tracks. It will turn onto St. Joseph to Belleville and will disband on side streets of McLellan, Rankin and Granberry.
After the parade, Santa has promised to sit in the gazebo in the city park and talk to the children and hand out surprises as well.
