The Rangers and Cubs remained as the only unbeaten teams in Brewton Babe Ruth League play.
Rangers 5, Indians 2
RANGERS: Justin Payne threw a three-hitter and struck out 11 to get the win. Payne also had two singles and a double. Cody Swain had two singles. Aaron Nelson, Devlin Crosby and William Shell had a single. Tyler Nall had two singles and a double.
INDIANS: Corey Rilling, Grant DeFrancisco and Taylor Berry had a single.
Cubs 10, Reds 1
CUBS: Corey Williams threw three innings of one-hit, shutout ball for the win. Robert Knowles and Bradley Brown had a single. Landon Sowell had three singles. Houston Simmons had a single and a double. Gordon Jones had two singles.
REDS: John Mathieu, Jon Jones and Caleb Palmer had a single.

RANGERS: William Shell threw a six-hitter and struck out 12 to get the win. Justin Payne, Paul Busby, Tyler Nall and Cody Swain had a single. Aaron Nelson had two singles.
ATHLETICS: Dylan Smith, Trent Robinson, Gregory Shipp and Tyler Cross had a single. Sam Sharpe had two singles.
